(1) Make sure Power switch at the bottom of the right side of the robot is on.

(2) Make Sure Battery is not depleted and manually charge as needed.

(1) Make sure to move all obstacles away from the charging area.

(2) Make sure the charging base is properly plugged in.

(3) Make sure Power switch at the bottom of the right side of the robot is on.

(1) Make sure the remote is paired.

(2) Makes sure the remote batteries are not depleted.

(1) Make sure the dust bin is not full and empty if need be.

(2) Clean out the dust bin filter.

(3) Make sure to clear all debris away from the suction area.

(1) Make sure Power switch at the bottom right side of the robot is on.

(2) Make sure battery is not depleted.

(1) Please make sure to clear all debris away from the brushes.

(2) Please make sure brushes are securely attached to the robot.

(1) Please make sure the filter in the dust pan is securely and properly attached.

(2) Please make sure to clear all debris away from the brushes.

(1) If a mopping pad is attached, make sure it is securely attached.

(2) Please clean the sensor region with a soft cloth.

(1) Please make sure the current time is set correctly.

(2) Please make sure reservation cleaning time is set correctly.

When charging the Robot directly with the AC adapter, it will not respond to button control. Detach the adapter to operate the Robot.
